 高等教育教学不仅仅是一种职业，更是一份深重的责任。作为一名教育工作者，我的使命深深植根于“以人为本”的人才培养方式，旨在营造支持性的学习环境，发现每个学生的独特优势和潜力，并为他们的终身学习之旅奠定坚实的基础。

清控至道教育-拉文大学工商管理博士(DBA)学位项目的学生拥有不同的教育背景和丰富的行业经验，我很高兴看到他们充满梦想、希望、动力，以及对教育抱负的奉献精神。

然而，我也必须承认，正是基于背景和经验的不同，有些同学在DBA学习中可能会面对更加严峻的挑战，尤其是在高级定量方法和论文工作方面。

在这时，教授的指导就变得至关重要。它包括根据学生的需求量身定制机会，及时提供支持和建议，并使他们能够克服障碍，朝着学术和职业目标前进。

我很感激我并不是孤军奋战，因为我身处一个具有凝聚力的团队。拉文大学的教授们，既是导师，也是教练和倡导者，支持学生每一阶段的学习需求。

与此同时，拉文大学DBA项目在中国的合作伙伴——清控至道教育，也一直在用他们的专业知识和资源，为项目提供坚定不移的支持，帮助DBA学生提升学习体验。中美双方共同努力来确保DBA学生取得成功。

通过参与 DBA 学生的学术之旅，我所获得的经验在我的职业工作和个人生活中都留下了不可磨灭的印记。当DBA学生毕业的时候，我将与他们站在一起，以坚定不移的自豪感和热情庆祝和见证他们取得的成就和荣誉。

Teaching in higher education is not merely a profession; it is a profound responsibility. My mission as an educator is deeply rooted in fostering a people-oriented approach, aimed at cultivating a supportive learning environment, identifying each student's unique strengths and potential, and laying a robust foundation for their lifelong learning journey.

DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) students enter the program with diverse educational backgrounds and rich industry experiences. Witnessing their abundance of dreams, hope, motivation, and dedication to their educational aspirations fills me with delight. 

However, it's essential to acknowledge that they also bring varying levels of preparedness and perspectives, and some may encounter challenges, particularly in advanced quantitative methods and dissertation work. During such times, the guidance of a professor becomes paramount. It involves creating opportunities tailored to individual students, offering timely support and advice, and empowering them to overcome obstacles and progress toward their academic and professional objectives.

I am grateful that I am not alone in this endeavor. I am fortunate to be part of a cohesive team dedicated to ensuring the success of our DBA students. Our esteemed Tsinghua ZhiDao partners have consistently provided unwavering support, leveraging their expertise and resources to enhance our students' educational experiences. Likewise, our dedicated instructors have served as mentors, coaches, and advocates, championing the needs of our students every step of the way.

The experiences I have gained through my involvement in our DBA students' academic journeys have left an indelible mark on both my professional work and personal life. And when the time comes for them to graduate, I will stand alongside them, celebrating their achievements with unwavering pride and enthusiasm.
